The people are nearly starving, live shit lives, don't have decent homes or make much money, and Fucker Vitaly is worried about the cultural value of a structure built to keep the people's mind as backwards as possible.
What a total ass.
BTW the annual per capita GDP of Russia is a feeble $12,096. Keep in mind that the government more or less owns all means of production, and the leaders are the ones most able to benefit from the profits of that production. This means the ordinary Russian probably lives on 1/2 to 1/3 of that!!
