I'm happy to have four days off no matter the reason.
Speaking of religion, I shudder first and then get boiling mad and angry when I think of all the witch hunts throughout the ages.
The thousands and thousands and thousands of women who were destroyed because they were accused of being witches represents a massive amount of female genetic glory sadly lost to the vicious madness of religion.
So if I eat a chocolate egg today its in memory of all those women that died because men of 'religious note' in all their 'so called' wisdom decided that all those women were witches and should either be burned to death or drowned, or in some other rotten way destroyed.
I live in hope that all women will one day be free of the crushing weight of religion that sees them only as chattels to be used and abused like cows or sheep or as baby makers to further the debilitating and rancid purposes of religion.
No matter the endless horrors that litter the history of religion, those of faith are mesmerised by the lure of immortality. To obtain this ultimate prize, they can ignore any fact, recite any lie and kill any opponent. Parasites who would sacrifice anyone, with a smile, to spend eternity at gods side.
Survival Tip: Never get in the way of a believer, bound for glory, because he will not be denied!
In Mississippi they closed the fricking state schools for "Good" Friday. I don't recall hearing of this anywhere else. They don't close anything for the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day, which is a Federal holiday, where does this crap come from?
